The Minor in Leadership Studies gives students a rigorous, multidisciplinary foundation in leadership theory, skills, and real‑world application. Through its partnership with the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact’s Leadership for Social Good Study Abroad program, students spend part of the summer in Budapest, Hungary, working alongside local nonprofits and social enterprises to address real organizational challenges.
