What inspired you to become a Leadership Fellow?:The choice to coach came with its own incentives. An opportunity to be nurtured, and change the narrative. A chance to pause distractions of yesterday, and tomorrow that we may miss excelling in leading the present. Mimi looks forward to growing with her coachees to transform their leadership abilities, and work environments.
