What inspired you to become a Leadership Fellow?:
This is Bryan's first time working in higher education, and even though his work does not directly impact students, he recognizes how important it is to always remember that they are the reason we are all here. Serving as a Leadership Coach offers him the opportunity to make that student connection, and provide support and professional development to his Coachees.
